Really, are the Sparks Brothers the only responsible for this art rock/glam pop masterpiece?I would say definitely NO!Their quirky pop talent was known from their early Bearsville label days in USA,but without the glossy and ”orchestral edged” production of someone MUFF WINWOOD,perhaps the result would be-at least commercially-totally different.Well,Hail to Muff,the official producer of Island and brother of Steve Winwood-”Higher Love” fame- for this influential work.
